Pet Policy
Our property does not have a dog park but we are pet friendly with no breed or weight restrictions! We allow 2 pets per apartment and require proof of vaccinations. The refundable pet deposit is $300 and the pet rent is $50/month per pet. We allow caged birds (max 2) and we do allow fish if the fish tank does not exceed 20 gallons in capacity. No snakes, rodents, reptiles, insects, or other mammals are allowed.
